VLS is building quality into the workflow—not treating it as an afterthought.
The operating system already being designed around VLS allows quality to be tracked through the life of an assignment.
Before the Assignment
Onboarding, credential review, assignment matching, service scope and scheduling.
During the Assignment
Reminders, check-in, incident reporting, communications and exception monitoring.
After the Assignment
Completion records, client approval, issue resolution, ratings, payment tracking and performance history.
Ongoing
Credential expiry checks, pattern review, human review of complaints, and continuous improvement.
Problems should create records, ownership and follow-up.
VLS has been designed around incident IDs, assigned responsibility, severity, corrective action, follow-up dates and closure records so serious issues are less likely to disappear into an inbox.
Quality information should inform decisions—not replace judgment.
Ratings and automated indicators can identify concerns, but VLS should not automatically punish a professional solely because of one rating or allegation. Context, evidence and human review matter.
