Truthful Credentials
Provide accurate licence, registration, certification, insurance, experience and eligibility information and report material changes promptly.
Reliability
Accept only work you reasonably expect to perform. Attend as agreed, communicate delays quickly and never abandon an assignment without proper notice.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Protect client and organizational information and use only the systems and information reasonably necessary for the assignment.
Scope & Competence
Do not accept or perform work outside your competence, authorization, licence, registration or agreed assignment scope.
Completion & Documentation
Complete required check-in, completion, incident, approval or supporting records accurately and on time.
Safety
Report unsafe conditions, injuries, threats, serious incidents or other material concerns through the appropriate VLS process.
Respect for Clients
Do not exploit, pressure, mislead, discriminate against or improperly solicit VLS clients.
